It is 2NE1’s first appearance on KBS 2TV’s Music Bank in 3 years, and they will showcase their new song ‘DO YOU LOVE ME’ for the first time on national television.

2NE1’s last appearance on Music Bank was in October 2010, where they performed their three big hits ‘CLAP YOUR HANDS’, ‘CAN’T NOBODY’ and ‘GO AWAY’ in a row. They were wrapping up their album activities. And now they are back after three long years before the audience to showcase their new song on the same show.

The news is drawing even more attention when music lovers heard that KANG SEUNG YOON from the same entertainment agency will also make an appearance on the music program.

2NE1 in the meantime has announced that they will be appearing much more often on TV as they are releasing a new song every month starting from July to October. Apart from Music Bank, they are also going to perform on different TV channels including Mnet’s M Countdown, MBC’s Show! Music Center and SBS’s Inkigayo.

‘DO YOU LOVE ME’ is a follow-up of 2NE1’s ‘FALLING IN LOVE,’ which is a perfectly summery and fun song produced by YG’s main producer Teddy.

2NE1 made the fans excited when they posted a personally filmed teaser clip of ‘DO YOU LOVE ME’ on YG’s official blog on August 5. In the video clip, the members of 2NE1 dances along the new song in the bathroom, enjoying themselves fooling around doing funny moves.

Last week, YG’s CEO YANG HYUN-SUK commented, “’DO YOU LOVE ME’ is a home video type music video where 2NE1 members film the video personally. It will capture their candid selves.”
